  • All orders are processed through Printify's network of third-party print providers.

  • Production and shipping times may vary and are subject to Printify's policies and capabilities.

  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed, and we will try our best to assist you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We rely on Printify’s fulfillment network, and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us, and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will coordinate a resolution with Printify.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible.

  • All content, logos, and designs on our website are the property of Mugs and Tees or used under license. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our permission.
